Sidonie Bonnec: 'I don't'aime pas les régimes"

Do you sometimes go out without makeup?

Sidonie Bonnec : I usually like to be lightly made up but sometimes when I drop my children off at school or when I do my shopping on my bike, I love to be natural. Not having to remove my makeup, let my skin rest... and show my real face (which is not so different, I hope!).

In the morning, when you wake up, how do you feel?

Ha ha! I no longer have time to judge myself since I have children! They do not hesitate to give their impressions as soon as they wake up, and they are very frank! My 8 year old daughter yesterday: 'Mom, isn't your hair too weird? But this morning, when I jumped out of bed, my son looked at me and said, 'Mom, you're so beautiful.'

What are your current essentials?

I don't take off my Diadermine Lift + algo retinol moisturizer, my ultra-nourishing argan and damask rose body cream from Bernard Cassière, my oil for light legs from Phyt's, my Guerlain kiss kiss Shine lipstick, my mascara Charlotte Tilbury's Legendary Lashes, my Coup d'Éclat micellar make-up remover jelly and my Matière brut lip balm for the face and body. These are my essentials!

What do you think of cosmetic surgery?

I understand those who want or need it. Maybe I will have more things to tell you about him in 10 or 20 years? For the moment I accompany my face with Kobido Japanese massage treatments.

Your 3 'beautiful skin' gestures?

Sleep a lot at night, drink little alcohol and massage my face kobido style when I apply my moisturizer.

How do you take care of your hair?

I try to space out the shampoos but it's not easy! I use an all-natural, ultra-gentle shampoo from Coslys and blond care from Eugène Perma. I also coat them with avocado or arugula oil from Aromazone as a mask for a few hours.

What's the best beauty tip you've ever been given?

Be zen and sleep a lot!

Who is your beauty icon?

I like natural women, comfortable in their own skin, not necessarily make-up beauties. I would say… my mother and her eternally young and beautiful skin!

Has your vision of beauty evolved during your career?

That's not a concern to tell you the truth. What has always mattered to me is well-being, being well in my body, in my mind, in my relationships with others, being serene, fleeing the ultra-stressed and the malicious.

Do you follow a diet or do you exercise to keep the line?

As I don't like diets, I do sports as soon as I can: swimming, cycling for all my trips near my home, walking for parts of the way to work or Pilates alone in my living room!
