  1. To prepare the mushroom pie, start by preheating your oven to 200°C .
  2. Peel and chop the onion. Wash and cut the mushrooms into fine brunoise. Heat a little oil and the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and sweat it. Then add the mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
