He will once again put forward a French cuisine focused on youth and modernity. Over 700 international chefs have participated in the event since its inception. In April and May 2022, the show even inaugurated a new edition, Northern Omnivore , at the Palais des Congrès in Le Touquet . Omnivore dates, guest chefs and lineup... From September 10 to 12, 2022 , the 'traditional' Omnivore festival will be back at the Parc Floral in Paris. Before this edition, a first festival had venue from April 30 to May 1. It was held in Le Touquet in the North and was sponsored by the two-starred chef Alexandre Gauthier.
In September, once again, the Omnivore festival will be held at Paris flower park . An ideal place to welcome the greatest current names in gastronomy.
The program of the festival for the month of September just revealed . It will thus be possible to find the former Top Chef Adrien Cachot , but also the recently starred Tom Meyer, the Italian Niko Romito, Romain Meder, Jerome Jaegle, William Ledeuil, Loïc Villemin or even the Slovenian chef Ana Ros . Great pastry chefs such as Nicholas Paciello and Pierre-Jean Quinonero will also be there. A certain number of conferences and debates will also take place on the following themes: Food resistance; Food democracy or Should we become vegetarian.
