  • You take a mold, you butter it well so that it doesn't stick, you put down your shortcrust pastry from the Intermarché (pretending that you are), otherwise you make one (if you think you're better than the others)
  • You prick your dough with your little fork of rogue-aggressive and you spread like a piglet of homemade apricot jam
  • You cut your apricots from the garden into slices (I added 3 plums too because I am 'quirky and always where you don't expect me' fire Technikart2008)
  • You arrange it all nicely in a spiral (or wanagain if you have no notion of geometry) (who remembers the protractor at school?)
  • In a bowl you mix: 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 of flour and you moisten with a glass of milk (I allowed myself to add vanilla because I am an esthete) then you pour this juice in the mould, and therefore on your fruit.
  • You preheat your oven to 180º and you bake everything for 35 min, remember to watch, pastry is not just a hobby on a CV
  • Before serving sprinkle with icing sugar and impress your friends, your grandma or your Wednesday Tinder plan
