Jacques Lagarde had started the adventure very strong Top Boss , by chaining the beautiful achievements. It is therefore with the greatest of surprises that Mathieu's brother was eliminated from the fourth week. During the first event on the theme of cute sins, Jacques, in tandem with Léo, did not come far from victory with their tarte au munster sans munster, but were still sent to the playoffs.
This second challenge of the evening was judged by Yann Roofer, who savored the candidates' desserts with his five senses. The creation of Jacques was eliminated by the chef pastry chef because of the lack of texture, and did not convince the jury composed of Hélène Darroze, Paul Pairet, Philippe Etchebest and Glenn Viel either. Born in France, after working at Paris a one Australia for many years, it is above all in New Zealand that Jacques Lagarde builds his wealth of culinary experiences. Here, he worked for four years alongside his brother Mathieu, in the gourmet restaurant Amisfield of the famous New Zealand chef. Vaughan Mabee , located in Queenstown. After living six years outside of Europe, in 2022 Jacques returns to the old continent and settles in Spain . After a difficult start, he became co-owner of two restaurants in Marbella, one by the sea and the other in the mountains, as he explains on his Instagram account.
