  • 15 g very cold butter
  • 4 salmon steaks, 120 g each

  • 200g fresh bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • A few coriander leaves
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Olive oil

  1. Now that you have all the necessary ingredients, get cooking! Here are the steps to follow to prepare this tasty salmon recipe with tandoori spices at home. A dish with Indian flavors ready in less than 30 minutes:
  2. To start, prepare the parsnip puree. Peel and cut the parsnips into pieces. Put them in a saucepan and cover with hot broth. Salt and simmer for 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, transfer the parsnips to a blender and add a little broth, but not too much to prevent the puree from becoming too liquid.
